Douglas H Ruest

I have been in practice for over twenty years working with people from different cultures and a variety of diagnoses. My training is psychodynamic psychotherapy through The New York School of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, EMDR through the Parnell Institute as well as training in mindfulness, meditation and chair yoga. I will work with you using these tools to help you through whatever is keeping you from leading a full and productive life.
