I have discovered is that the process by which we mature is the exact opposite of what we do to cope, and the intention to get rid of unwanted emotions makes the wisdom inherent in them less accessible. Maturing is invariably painful – facing one’s own misstep and loss. However, as a person matures, they gain emotional stability. Problems like depression and anxiety greatly dissipate and/or disappear altogether, mental function and creativity improve, and sense of self deepens. My life long depression ended after three months of constructively facing it. I would like to be your guide and support as you strengthen while not overwhelming your pain body.
