My ideal client is open to thinking of themselves in a different way and open to challenging unhelpful thoughts that get in their way. Even though things are challenging somewhere inside of themselves they remain hopeful and they can experience joy and life in a more positive way despite circumstances around them. I can provide a safe space where a client can explore challenges and brainstorm new ways to look at them and approach them. I use mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic approaches. I invite you to take the first step and reach out to me.
