I have a combination of 20 years of experience working with various ages and issues. No matter what age the demands of life can feel overwhelming and take over our ability to enjoy the moment. I am here to walk through life’s journey with you and help you discover the solutions to living the life you want. I am licensed in both Indiana and Illinois with primarily evenings and Saturday mornings. My practice is 100% telehealth to make it convenient for you to explore these solutions in the comfort of your own surroundings. Life is stressful and can be painfully emotional no matter what age. Sometimes you just need someone to provide perspective for a different way of thinking to help manage the stress of life.
