I am here for you during this difficult time to help regulate your anxiety and depression, find new coping skills, connection, support and greater freedom. I am an experienced, licensed, Masters-level psychotherapist in NY State, with ten additional years of institute training both in the creative arts therapies and in couple and family therapy (Ackerman Institute for the Family). I have worked for over a decade with adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. Through internet or telephone sessions, I offer a grounded and evidenced-based treatment approach. In addition to verbal psychotherapy, I use the creative arts therapies, now considered cutting edge, because they tap into out-of-reach parts of ourselves, engage our sense of play, increase attention to the here and now, and spark creativity and curiosity. I look forward to meeting you. I don’t participate in in-network insurance plans, but you can submit my invoice for out of network reimbursement.
