In a therapeutic relationship, I like to offer symptom relief across a spectrum of issues, while maintaining a safe environment for personal growth. This could mean development of insight, self-actualization, or becoming open to one’s authentic experience, for example. Having a clinician bear witness to your life story can promote a liberating healing. By making meaning out of our inner conflicts, we reconcile with and survive our turmoils. While my practice is primarily rooted in a relational, psychodynamic approach, I will often employ interventions from a number of modalities. Wherever you are willing to go, we will work together with you always at the center of your session. I am here to assist you in activating your strengths and healing from past and present troubles. It is my priority to tune into your needs, goals and ideas, and build a working alliance together.
