I specialize in helping women and teen girls like you heal from poor self- image, anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression. I also help clients through life transitions, parenting and caregiving issues, relationship, sexuality and LGBTQI issues, and character and spiritual development, to help them live happier, more authentic lives.
