I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience. I am trained in holistic, mindful and evidence based therapeutic approaches. I believe therapy is beneficial to heal and connect with our innate strengths so we can navigate through life with ease. Therapy offers the opportunity to cultivate self compassion, inner peace, self acceptance, and self confidence. My clients are adults from diverse cultural & spiritual backgrounds facing various life’s transitions, relationship, parenting, women’s issues and trauma.
