Hi, I’m Claire Oswald and I am a licensed mental health counselor with the state of Florida. I have received my masters in mental health counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been in practice for the last 7 years. I have background working with both inpatient and outpatient services to be able to fully understand the mental health services that are offered in SWFL. I have worked with many children but specialize in ages 13+. If you are a person who is currently experiencing stress, anxiety, fear, depression, or are just over all needing some therapy in your life then I am happy to be able to help. I use an eclectic approach when it comes to each client – to be able to help them establish their own goals and to help them in understanding how to be able to get there. I enjoy using many different approaches, whether it be through use of art therapy or something more concrete such cognitive behavioral therapy to be able to reach each goal.
