My area of specialization is working with those who are recently bereaved and those with trauma histories. I have extensive experience assisting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault, and those with long standing depression and anxiety. For the past few years my area of focus has been child therapy, family therapy, and young women’s issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship can promote healing from within, and can enhance relationships with others. I approach the counseling process with a zen-like philosophy and am always willing to learn from my clients, both children and adults.
