Therapist Overview

Welcome! Thank you for seeking support and care. We are all moving through this pandemic together. No matter your therapy experience, seeking a new therapist can be overwhelming. I believe it is courageous to seek help, and being open to an authentic and accepting therapeutic experience may be the first step toward real connection and healing. I work with women of color and interracial couples to explore disruptions in communication, intimacy and trust, and create a space for healing and authenticity. Guided by a relational-cultural perspective and my training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), I work in collaboration with couples, individuals & families to address challenges around relationships, culture and identity, codependency, intimacy, past trauma and life transitions. I believe therapy is built upon the strength of the therapeutic relationship and it is my goal to connect with my clients with warmth & authenticity. Please reach out to discuss what you’re hoping to work on in therapy and learn about my approach. Welcoming all genders, races/ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, abilities and body sizes.
