Christa Clymer

I provide in office or Telemed counseling to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive environment where we can navigate life’s difficult transitions. I believe that talk therapy gives us increased ability to understand our decisions, behaviors, and choices available to us. My goal is to help each person identify their own strengths and contributions, as well as skills to cope with challenges. I offer both face to face or Telemed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitation Reprocessing for trauma focused treatment. I am comfortable treating many symptoms including depression, anxiety, difficulties with emotional regulation, suicidal thoughts, and self-harming behaviors.
