Life can be extremely challenging. Many of us do not have the proper support or coping skills to sometimes handle what life throws at us. I am here to help you navigate through the issues you are experiencing from these life challenges. Whether it be anxiety, depression, life-transition, relationship distress, or family concerns; I am ready to armor you with skills and tools to help you cope. Although I do not take insurance at this time, I accept payment via cash, card, and check. I will also provide an itemized bill, at your request, that is accepted by most insurance companies for out of network billing. I work with various age groups. I primarily see concerns relating to Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, family conflict, and relationship distress. I use several approaches to therapy, however the evidence-based practice I use the most is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We will unpack your thoughts and explore the relationships in your life. I am here to make this a comfortable experience. I host a relaxed atmosphere. I love working with adolescents, families, and young adults. That’s right, I will gladly counsel your teenagers!
