Personal growth and healing includes processing losses and gaining therapeutic tools to move forward in experiencing a healthy life. I have worked with individuals, couples, and children for over 20 years. I bring a great deal of experience in teaching clients how to open the doors of communicaton and find satisfying relationships. I also work with women in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss. My desire is to help people find freedom and contentment in their lives.
