Cathy A Murphy

For over 25 years, I have provided psychotherapy services. I hold both mental health and alcohol and drug licenses, seeing adolescents, adults, individuals and couples. I treat anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts. At the core of my work is a belief that most people desire happiness and health, to feel worthwhile and to get along with others. People often hold many of the answers to their problems, and part of my task is to help them realize this. A sense of humor can also prove very therapeutic. I look forward to speaking with you.
