My approach is to help my clients look at their “fishbowl”: Like fish, we all swim in an environment. It’s familiar and we can’t always see what it is we’re swimming in. When things are murky, it affects the health of the fish. I help clients take a look at what contributes to that murkiness, and I walk with them through changes they want to make so they can have the life they want. I welcome the opportunity to explore experiences and solutions with a wide variety of individual clients over the age of 14 years. I also work with families and couples. My specialties include navigating life transitions, adolescents, sexuality, problematic sexual behaviors, sexual addiction, and spirituality. My experience includes working with legals systems for risk assessment.
