Caryn Alexis McCarthy-Epps

McCarthy Epps, and the above quotation from one of my counseling mentors best describes my commitment to counseling and service to others, and is a representation of the proud educator and therapist that I am today. I work with students and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depressions, ADHD and other behavioral, social, and emotional impairments to help them achieve serenity in their lives. I have worked as a school counselor for 25 years providing academic, post-secondary, and personal counseling for high school students. I am also a therapist for children, students and adults. I help them reach their personal best and find peace in their lives using a holistic approach in treating my students and clients by using a person-centered focus. Counseling and Consulting with Kindness, LLC provides academic and therapeutic services to people who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral issues. My passion is to help children, teens and young adults develop the necessary skills needed to reach their highest potential in high school, post-secondary education, training or employment.
