I specialize in women’s mental health, utilize a trauma lens, and draw tools from many different theraputic modalities to fit my clients’ needs. I have both professional and personal experience with reproductive & perinatal health challenges (see website for full bio). Although I have not been in your exact shoes, my professional training and personal experiences allow me to hold space for whatever you are facing.
