As a therapist, I strive to be a loving, authentic and reflective human who works to help you create the life and relationships that make you feel whole and happy. Specializing in couples and families, I use a systemic approach to therapy that helps to understand individuals in the context of the system in which they live. Committing to therapy can be challenging. It can take weeks, months or years to decide to invest in your health in this way.
