I enjoy individual and group counseling with adolescents and adults with a variety of life issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, self-harm, domestic violence, and family relational problems. My extensive experience working specifically with adolescent girls and adult women lends itself well to helping clients work through the unique issues that women face. I began my counseling career in June of 2015 working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups at an eating disorder treatment center. I have also worked in a community setting, providing in-home counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I view counseling as a collaborative relationship in which I work together with clients toward realization of their counseling goals, empowering them to address their struggles and take steps toward healthy change.
