My perspective of counseling is that you are the expert in your own life and that I am here to walk alongside you toward healing and growth. I have a passion for working with both Women and Men in areas such as Self-esteem/Self-worth, Communication, Boundaries, Anxiety or Stress Management, Relationships, Personal Growth, and many more. My specialties include Women’s Issues, Self-Esteem/Self-Worth, and Faith-Cased Counseling. I understand starting counseling can be an intimidating process, so I aim to create a non-judgmental environment that promotes comfort and safety. My desire is for you to feel heard and valued, and that you will feel more empowered and hopeful than before.
