Life can be full of pain, struggle, unforeseen tragedy, and heartache. But I believe that everyone has a right to happiness in their lives and have dedicated my life to helping others attain that! Whether it is something unexpected or something you have struggled with for years, there is always hope for change. By reaching out for help through therapy you are proving to yourself that you are capable of change. Seeking help can be scary and I am passionate about doing my best to make the experience comforting, welcoming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, significant life changes, and crisis intervention. I work from an interpersonal approach utilizing a solution-focused and person-centered approach through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral. I firmly believe that we are not defined by our mistakes, we have the power to change our story, and we are all deserving of love. My goal is to do my best at ensuring you leave feeling that you have made progress and are capable to facing life day to day with confidence knowing that you are not alone in your life’s journey.
