We all have times when we struggle and need support. This can be for a variety of reasons such as grief/loss, relationship stress, family issues, mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence. You may feel like no one understands or can help. You may have tried counseling before and think it will never work. But if you find yourself still searching, still struggling, trying to find peace in your life I want you to know there is hope. You deserve peace. You deserve to find a way out of the pain. You deserve to be happy and live a joyful life. You do not have to do this alone I am here to help. I utilize an integrative approach in my practice and am well versed in a variety of treatment approaches. I believe that each individual is unique as are their needs in therapy. It may be important to you to have your faith integrated into your therapy, as a Christian myself, I will work with you to do this. We all go through trials in life and need someone who can help us navigate these times. My goal is to walk through this with you and give you a place where you can unload and start to rebuild yourself. My greatest desire is to help you find peace and joy in this life.
