Life does not come with a manual. We have all faced life’s challenges, with some being more difficult than others. These challenges have shaped who we are and how we interact with the world around us. However, we can work together to change the outcomes of these experiences, build coping skills, and empower you. I am not just another therapist — I truly enjoy seeing my clients grow and improve. As long as someone wants to work on themselves, I will be there along the way. I work with substance abuse, couples, teens, young adults, families, trauma, spiritual counseling (any religion welcome), LGBTQ, and most mental health issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I just want the world to smile and be genuinely happy. It sounds cliché, but I believe in being a change agent. I want to work with you no matter how big or small the issue. I believe that if we tune into ourselves, increase our awareness, and have the willingness to do the work, we can reshape who we are and build stronger and longer-lasting connections with family and friends.
