Healing and the restoration of the spirit and psyche is a sacred process. It’s a journey that requires courage, commitment and, often, a companion guide. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and behavioral health therapist serving adults and elders in the Corvallis community. I have over 30 years of experience in healthcare, social service and hospice settings. In addition to a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii, I hold a Master of Divinity from Yale University and am committed to an integrated, holistic practice which recognizes and values the essential interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit . I approach the work of health, healing and wholeness through a collaborative, strengths-based orientation to therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for people to explore their emotions, behaviors and relationships and work with them to develop a plan for positive change and personal growth. I have lived and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia and in the multicultural environment of Hawaii and have a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds, religions and cultures.
