My goal as a psychotherapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help you facilitate change, growth, and lead you on an exploratory journey to obtaining the life you want. My life’s work has been dedicated to working with children and families for over 26 Years. I am a National Board-Certified Educator K-12, a Certified Supreme Court Family Mediator, a qualified Parent Coordinator, and Active Parent Trainer. My training has equipped me with extensive knowledge in relationships, parenting, women, men, and children issues. My approach is relaxed and easy-going. I use CBT, Solution Focused, and other therapies as needed, based on the client. I offer practical solutions to everyday issues.
