I have extensive experience working with individuals affected by trauma including but not limited to sexual abuse, communal trauma and first responders experiencing PTSD. My goal is facilitating the growth of my clients through self-awareness, empowerment, and strength-based techniques. I am an empathetic and experienced therapist that provides a safe and nurturing environment where you can heal and grow on your journey. Specialization in PTSD/Trauma, Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, First Responder’s , Community trauma, depression,anxiety, substance abuse, self esteem issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use many modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
