In an environment free of judgment and rich in support, I believe it is important to utilize my client’s strengths to help empower the change process. By identifying values and specific goals, together we create a path to lead us in the desired direction. With my background in the education field, I have seen how children, as well as, adults struggle with the routine of the day when there is something heavy on their mind. I strive to help my clients identify how to remove this heaviness, and lead the life they have been wanting. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups working on issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, social skills, anger management, and parenting. I have found the use of CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and/or Motivational Interviewing to be highly beneficial for clients. The hardest part is getting started; once the journey begins there will be support to help you reach your goals. Change is inevitable, so why not make a change for the best!
