In life we all have a path that has been shaped through all of the twists and turns that we encounter. Although some paths are similar they are never all the same. I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment to explore behaviors and patterns in your life and gently guide you toward the change and personal growth you desire. The population that I serve includes youth, adolescents and adults. I offer both individual and family therapy. My specialties includes depression, anxiety and grief. My approach to counseling includes Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy along with other approaches tailored to fit the need of the client. My goal as a therapist is to provide an accepting and nonjudgmental environment to help my clients achieve change and personal growth.
