Welcome to my tele-therapeutic practice. I work online, exclusively through HIPPA secure and protected video and messaging. When I began providing teletherapy, many of my clients were hesitant. They were concerned that teletherapy wouldn’t “work”. GET THIS! My practice exploded, with clients saying, “I will never go back to an office.” Current research supports the outcomes my clients are seeing, showing teletherapy as equivalent to office treatments. The barriers of time, travel, and inconvenience are over thanks to teletherapy. Take less time from your day and add it back into your relationships and your mental health. As an LMFT, LCPC, I specialize in couples issues (all orientations), parent-child interaction (parenting), anxiety, depression, and neurodevelopmental diversity (such as autism & ADHD).
