Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) treats trauma, loss, grief, and attachment issues, specifically those that occurred in childhood and are unresolved, causing depression or anxiety in adulthood.

AEDP therapists aid clients in learning how to use their experiences to live a well-adjusted life. A successful AEDP goal includes the client developing skills to address and process their emotional trauma. Such skills give clients greater courage and help them feel more in control of their lives.
