Therapist Overview
My objective is to help individuals with their struggles with food/eating. We get so many conflicting messages about food and body. Disordered eating doesn’t discriminate, it can affect anybody of any socioeconomic status, any gender, any ethnicity, any age; and you can’t tell by looking at a person. I will walk with you on this journey until you can see the light on the other side. I am currently training my puppy Maui to be my office buddy and therapy dog. Stay tuned in the next year or so when he is ready to join me in the office. He will be a comforting and calming presence!
