At the core of my practice is the belief that each of us already has the strengths and tools that we need within us. I align with my clients to help them heal and grow in an safe, and therapeutic space. It is important to me that clients are equal collaborators in their therapeutic process. My work is shaped through a trauma-focused lens. I enjoy witnessing people flourish in the face of adversity and hardships. At the same time, I understand that each person comes into therapy with different needs and experiences. I draw from a number of skillsets to tailor treatment to each individual according to their needs. I have experience working with people impacted by anxiety, depression, transitions, grief/loss, relationship challenges, parenting and trauma. I am passionate about empowering women and mothers , victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse survivors, and empowering men to reach their fullest potential in relationships and fatherhood. I believe that helping clients to reach their goals is built on a foundation of empathy and human connectedness. Therapy is an opportunity not only for you, but also for me, as we are always learning from each other.
