Stefanny Balestracci

Stefanny is a licensed professional therapist with 10+ years of experience, who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Stefanny is an EMDR trained therapist and utilizes EMDR therapy to treat trauma, eating disorders and other life issues interfering with one’s well being. Additionally, she is passionate about helping individuals who may need help with reducing stress, setting boundaries, improve self-esteem and work through negative thought patterns using an integrative counseling approach. Stefanny obtained her BA in Psychology at Arizona State University and received her MA from the University of Phoenix in 2007. She uses an array of techniques including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Stefanny’s sensitivity, acceptance and appropriate sense of humor puts people at ease. Her goal is to provide a safe, respectful and healing environment to support personal growth. Stefanny accepts private pay clients and provides super bills for insurance companies.
