My job is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment to help you find balance so you can start feeling like yourself again. Whether you're going through a tough life transition, struggling in relationships or wanting to let go of unhealthy habits, we can take steps forward together. Our sessions may involve diary cards or other homework to help you reach your goals faster. I also like to encourage mindfulness practices and creative expression when indicated. The majority of my clinical work has been providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy in various settings. My experience in DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing informs my evidence-based approach. I hold a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Psychology from George Washington University. I work with adults and adolescents for individual sessions. If you're interested in seeing if we would be a good fit, give me a call. I'm glad you've found yourself here looking for more support.
