Therapist Overview

Therapy is a deeply personal experience. What works for one person is not going to work for the next. For those who have tried therapy and not received the results you’ve wanted, keep trying. One therapist, treatment, or modality does not fit everyone. The fact that you are scanning through Psychology Today profiles to find the right fit for you is a small victory in itself. My goal for each client is to figure out what works for you and help create a life worth living. Through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other treatment modalities, I hope to create an environment for you to explore yourself, find relief, and reach your potential. I use humor and validation in treatment, but I am also very authentic and direct. I have extensive experience evaluating and providing diagnostic clarity for individuals in crisis. I love working with families and helping them to assist their loved ones in recovery through education and cooperative therapeutic interventions. I pride myself on being an ally to the queer community and consider my office a safe zone for all individuals. Please feel free to reach out to me directly via email or phone for additional information.
