The most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. You have potential to be the most authentic version of yourself, and find the life you want to live. You may feel stuck in a relationship; you may have suffered trauma; you may feel depressed or anxious; you may be suffering from grief or loss. You may feel numb to what is occurring in our society right now. I’m here to let you know that there is real peace that can be found by talking it out, in a non-judgmental space where you get to be the real person you are, and get real, compassionate feedback. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained in EMDR therapy, which can help alleviate trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, substance abuse, and other issues. I also work with the Enneagram Personality Type Indicator, which I believe provides self-awareness and insight into who we are as individuals, and why we do what we do.
