I help clients get to the heart of their problem, at the first session. I am direct and to the point with clients as well as providing useful and practical feedback. No therapy jargon and no “Bobble Head Therapy”. We define client goals, needs and wants. We address them promptly. There is no need to wait weeks to tell the client what I have figured out in the first 10 minutes of meeting them. I know from 37 years of clinical experience that clients are looking for ways out of their pain. From 37 years of experience I help clients define their problems and help them establish a solution plan they can incorporate in their lives that very same day. My job is to listen, help plan, define strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan. So much time for clients is wasted talking about the problem. My focus with clients is on solutions. I entered in this career to help clients have better lives and feel good about who they are and where they want to be. I listen. I do not judge. I validate thoughts and feelings. I help clients lift up their spirits and be all they can be. I bring humor and laughter to our sessions.
