In my work with you, the first priority is to provide a safe, judge-free, and empathetic environment where together we can explore your potential to grow and achieve the goals that will help you ultimately find greater well-being. My approach is very authentic and warm utilizing my expertise in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I use this in conjunction with other therapy modalities such as CBT, Lifespan Integration, experiential techniques, etc., to provide a safe and effective experience for a variety of different client personalities. I myself have been and continue to go through the ups and downs, there’s nothing I’d love more than to journey with you.
