These interactions often lead to feelings of disconnection, lack of intimacy, and difficulty communicating with others. Working with a couples therapist can help to loosen the “stuckness” that relationships often find themselves in. I work with couples in a collaborative manner to help realize patterns in our lives that lead to these moments of disconnection. By using empathy, humor, and removing judgment from the equation, I work to connect with clients to explore the barriers they are experiencing between their current state and where they desire to be. Each individual and couple is unique and has their own goals, I strive to assist with building the tools needed for clients to make the desired changes.
