Kelley Baughman

I am passionate about walking alongside clients on their unique life journey, while supporting and encouraging them to meet their goals. I am here to meet you where you are, and to see you as a whole person. I aim to empower clients by not just focusing on the problem, but on the entirety of the individual and their surrounding environment. I utilize a variety of counseling approaches to meet my clients’ needs, including evidence-based therapies of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. I also have experience in integrating Christian faith in the counseling setting at your request.
