Utilizing holistic modalities aimed at treating the whole person, our practice hopes to help you reach your goals and explore your potential. Sometimes we all need extra support in our journey through life; we are here to offer guidance, empathy, and a safe haven to explore your thoughts, hopes, and fears. We also operate a yoga studio that offers group therapy, workshops and classes. We are a holistically-oriented group counseling practice located in Warwick. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of traditional and integrative therapy modalities, including CBT, positive psychology, EMDR, trauma-focused, person-centered and psychodynamic therapies. Our goal is to treat the whole person, and focus on enhancing personal strengths. It can be difficult to take the first step in seeking help. Our therapists aim to create a warm and welcoming setting to explore what is going on in your life. Therapy is a safe place to talk about things that we so often keep bottled up. You can explore ideas, open up about past trauma, work on goals for the future, or work on communication skills.
