Fernanda Romo Siren

I offer individual therapy to adults of all ages and specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders (e.g., depression) and relational concerns. Having worked in various settings including outpatient programs, inpatient and partial hospital programs, and schools, I work with clients dealing with a wide variety of concerns. Such concerns include trauma, family dynamics, parenting, major life adjustments, college transitions, self-esteem, identity, and stress. As a graduate from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, my clinical approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, but I also use a cognitive behavioral approach, when appropriate, for symptom relief. Additionally, I have specialized experience working with families and immigrant populations.
