Thank you for visiting my page. If you are a parent in search of services for your child, yourself, and/or your family, you’ve come to right place. When youth and families experience stress and trauma, it can be difficult to find a way back to healthy living. My work is centralized on helping youth and their families build resilience in the aftermath of adversity, including abuse, grief, medical illness, and violence victimization. Through hands-on techniques, I help youth and families develop skills that lessen difficult feelings and memories and promote a path to wellness. My expertise in child and family resilience and trauma was developed through APA-accredited training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the University of California’s Nathanson Family Resilience Center.
