Seeking treatment for the first time or searching for a new therapist, can be overwhelming. I believe the relationship between a therapist and client to be paramount in reaching treatment goals. If you don’t connect with your therapist, you’re probably not going to do your best work and achieve your goals. I find this to be true for adults and more so for pre-teens and adolescents. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere for clients to be their true self and express their truest thoughts and feelings. I aim to assist clients in identifying their most genuine and fulfilling life by individualizing treatment to the client. I have experience working with pre-teens and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, bullying and ADHD. I also have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulty with life transitions, grief, relationship issues and everyday stress.
