Are you suffering from a broken heart? Did a death, divorce, or the end of a romantic relationship cause it? Or was it caused by any of the forty-three other losses that a person might experience such as pet loss, career, health and faith? Or Have you experienced a loss of trust due to a trauma? Regardless of the cause, you know how you feel and it probably isn’t good. We aren’t going to tell you, “We know how you feel,” because we don’t. Neither does anyone else. What we will do is provide a safe environment where you will be given specific tools to help you cope with the loss or trauma and ultimately lead a happier life. Utilizing my education in grief counseling, and personal experience with the death of my parents, sister’s and boyfriend have proven to be most effective in providing my clients with empathy and compassion, a deeper understanding of and insight into problems, and much needed emotional support – all of which can result in a great sense of hope and healing. It is my hope that you will allow me the opportunity to walk with you through your grief or trauma process. I am here as a guide to help you navigate and teach you how to cope with loss or trauma with supportive guidance every step of the way.
