Hello! My name is Carolyn, and I am so excited to meet you. I love to work with clients who are in seasons of change, eager to be curious about what is showing up in your life, and open to searching for the life that is full of meaning through values identification. I look forward to walking with you through the next part of your journey, whether that be healing, or exploration! I use a diverse mix of ACT, DBT, CBT, faith-based integration, some art or experiential exercises, and other techniques that might tailor to your needs. I would love for you to call me for a 15 minute consultation, to start to identify if we are a good fit. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is extremely important.
