My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, their families, and adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. I believe in working closely with families, and the individual, to further assist them in understanding the impact that depression, anxiety and trauma have on different areas of their lives. I also believe in the importance of fostering a warm, welcoming, and safe environment in sessions in order to make the therapeutic process one of authenticity and self-discovery. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Currently, I am available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays for private practice scheduling.
