Who I Serve

People who have been exposed to past traumas face unique challenges. These unresolved traumas may impact your ability to cope with stress, cause depression and anxiety and leave you feeling fearful or stuck. You may have turned to unhealthy coping skills and addiction to deal with your feelings. What if you could resolve these lingering symptoms and feel peaceful and complete? Taking the first step is the hardest part of what can prove to be the best gift you give yourself. My goal is to first create a trusting and safe space to assist you in dealing with your issues. Using a client centered approach, I have been trained in a variety of evidenced passed practices including the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Sand Tray. I offer a flexible schedule. Please contact me for further information and I look forward to speaking with you soon!
