These unresolved traumas may impact your ability to cope with stress, cause depression and anxiety and leave you feeling fearful or stuck. Using a client centered approach, I have been trained in a variety of evidenced passed practices including the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Sand Tray.
