Amanda Elliott

An ideal client for me would be someone who has a genuine desire to better their lives and begin the process of personal growth. I specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression, but have a significant history working with addiction, severe mental illness, and teen emotional regulation. I strive to meet clients where they are mentally and create a treatment plan that is personalized in order to help them achieve their goals. All I ask from my clients is that they enter therapy with an open-mind and willingness to try new techniques to cope with their distressing symptoms. Change is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. My clients tell me that I’m easy to talk to, provide holistic care, and I’m a great listener. I pride myself on being open-minded and understanding, while also holding my clients accountable to the issues they would like to work on. I specialize in treating general anxiety/depression and utilize a variety of therapeutics modalities to personalize your care. I have been in the mental health field for several years helping adolescents and adults obtain and maintain a life they desire.
